ELENA SORLINI
Board Member
Elena Sorlini is the Executive Director of the Aviation and Logistics portfolio at ADQ. In her role, Ms. Sorlini oversees the strategy and operational framework of the rapidly growing cluster portfolio and works closely with the asset management team to maximize shareholder value and achieve strategic goals.
In addition to her role at ADQ, Ms. Sorlini is a board member of Abu Dhabi Airports, ADQ Aviation & Aerospace Services, AMMROC, Etihad Aviation Group (EAG), and Global Aerospace Logistics (GAL).
Ms. Sorlini has more than 18 years of experience in the aviation industry working on high-level strategies and implementation. She previously held various senior management positions including VP of Group Corporate Strategy at Oman Aviation Group and Head of Strategy at Copenhagen Airports. Prior to that, she was an Asset Manager at Macquarie Airports, one of the largest private airport owners and operators.
Ms. Sorlini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Planning and Control from Bocconi University, where she also attained a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance. Mrs. Sorlini also holds an EMBA from Copenhagen Business School.
