ADQ makes offer to merge 3 aviation assets into Abu Dhabi Aviation.
The assets include:
• Advanced Military Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Centre LLC (AMMROC)
• Etihad Airways Engineering LLC (EYE)
• Global Aerospace Logistics LLC (GAL)
As per Gulf News, the combined group would have assets of about $2.6 billion with a portfolio that includes aircrafts, MRO centers and hangars.
