Mr. Evgeny Glushkov holds a Master of Science in Systems Analysis & Management from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a Specialist degree in Strategic Management from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia.
He brings over 20 years of international experience in business strategy, organisational transformation, financial planning, management consulting, portfolio management, and business development.
Mr. Glushkov currently serves as Director of Portfolio Management at Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC (ADQ). He is also a Board Member of Q Mobility LLC and Wizz Air Abu Dhabi LLC, contributing to portfolio oversight and strategic direction across transport and aviation assets.
