Mr. Tansel Kilicarslan is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Contango, with over 25 years of experience leading complex restructuring, performance improvement, and enterprise transformation initiatives across the Middle East and North America. His experience spans procurement, logistics, digital transformation, and technology integration across multiple sectors.
He specializes in strategy-to-execution planning, large-scale transformation delivery, governance and performance management frameworks, shared services optimisation, and organisational capability building. He has led initiatives strengthening core corporate functions, including HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement, resulting in operating model simplification, cost efficiency, and enhanced decision-making processes.
Mr. Kilicarslan works closely with boards, shareholders, and executive leadership teams to translate strategic priorities into structured implementation and sustainable performance outcomes.
